4 cup rolled oats
1 ½ cup pecans
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup honey
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup raisins
2 tbsp chia seeds
Combine oats, salt, cinnamon, pecans and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.
In separate bowl mix honey, oil, and vanilla.
Combine dry and wet ingredients. Mix well
Place mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes then turn granola. Repeat 4 times; for a total of 40 minutes.
As soon as granola comes out of the oven mix in raisins and chia seeds. Cool and store in an airtight container.
Enjoy like cereal with milk, atop a yogurt parfait, by the handful on the go, or however else you like!
